Your Blog Won't Make Any Progress If You're Like Me!
Uhm, Ehm! This is one scary posts I have contemplated if to publish or not. And Yeah! I've published it (Let the sky fall on me! I'm ready to face it).
It's kinda weird to come online and announce your flaws to everyone but I'll, if not for anything, it'll motivate me to work hard (I'm not even sure if it will :-P ).
Today I'll tell you one reason why I think my blog isn't making too much progress. *awkward* and Hey-Lo! if you're like me then OUR blog won't make any progress. So we're on the same boat ( just pray you ain't like ME).
Hey! *keep calm*, don't fret about what I said, if you're like me we'll figure out a way to get over OUR flaws and make our blog flourish. *that sounds like a goodnews now huh?*
Honestly, I'm scared to say this! *imagine it* can you tell your readers why your Blog isn't progressing? *I just pray this won't make things sour* like maybe after reading this post, you'll be chased away and probably label my blog with a 'red-danger-color' and thus; *Blog that isn't progressing, keep off*. Haha I pray you don't or will YOU?
Ohwkay now! What's actually that thing that's making my blog not to progress? Or should I say *OUR blog* if you're like me?
It's, uhm! I mean it's TOO much "Thinking, Studying, & Planning without Working!" *Yeah that's it*.
I have discovered lately that I'm soaked in these, I'm into too much planning but less action to achieve what I've planned. Planning seems so fun and easy but it's useless when you ain't actually working.
Recently, the numbers of courses I've enrolled, posts and eBook I've read is countless. Sometimes I can't even remember how I got some eBooks in my computer.
Talking about thinking and planning, I can think about my blog all day, how I'll be able drive traffic, write great content, boost social presence and more.
After so many thoughts, I'll say #Brillant, I've found a working strategy* but at the end I won't even attempt to try what I've studied and brainstorm on. *This way I'm not making progress at all!*
It doesn't take me up to 2secs to subscribe to newsletters, I'm very fast at it. *The speed of a rocket can't be compare to*. The Lead Magnet charm is really working on me.
My email is flooded with (relevant and irrelevant) messages, Aaaand trust me *I'm in love with freebies*. So when I browse through my mails I don't miss out on any free offer like Workbook, eCourse, Printable, eBooks, Workshop and more.
On a serious note, with the eBooks, Workbooks, Printables on my phone, I can start a shopping platform with Shopify. I'm damn serious. I currently have over 20 eBooks that's queued for reading.
Must-Read: Aw* I wasn't frugal with this wears! (frugal fail story and a must read).
But wait, are you like me? Thank God I've discovered my problem, so I'm on the verge of getting solution, so it's a WIN for me but what about YOU?
Are you still shying away? C'mon there's no time. Our case might not be exactly the same but it's high time YOU admit your flaws and start finding solution.
Are you a fan of plenty study and thinking without working (or actually working less), not because you're lazy but maybe there's limited time, resources and (name it!)?
Are you stuck in the planning trap? Ohwkay you're consistently planning, and working less?

You've heard of 80-20 rule? It's actually 20% planning and 80% action, I think that's what WE need. I'm currently doing the opposite, that's working 20% and planning 80% or maybe 99% planning :-P. I'm gonna flip that!
I actually can't blame myself for not working, I'll put it on my spoilt laptop, low wallet, procrastination and time. But that won't be an excuse next year. That's why I'm wanting to get things in order. "so you're inexcusable too".

1.Email Marketing
I've not been at the top of my game with email marketing, so next year I'll focus on email marketing. I'll actually learn Mailchimp since MailerLite didn't work for me. *You too should try email marketing.
2.Create Freebies
Next year, I'll dedicate time to create freebies like eCourse, eBook, Printable and more. Especially those I'll be using as a Lead Magnet when my email marketing is up.
3.I'll get Angry with My Goals
Yeah I'm serious, next year I won't be friendly with my goals I'll face it angrily. When we become angry with abnormalities they tends to become normal.
4.I Will Get Insanely Organized
I seriously want to wave *bye" to the clutter and overwhelming blogging style. I wanna be organized. Like organizing my affiliate links, updating old post (and drafting low quality ones), sticking to posting schedule and a whole lot more.
5.I'll Look Forward To Make Money!
I will ensure I earn substantial income from my blog. Yeah the money aspect motivates the whole blogging journey.
I'll do Affiliate Marketing to the core, Create products and also sign up programs like Google AdSense. *just hope I get approved*.
Ohwkay that's enough, by January I'll post my full blogging goals and Hey-Lo! Don't be surprise to see my $1000 goal. 😉
